1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SendCraft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

SendCraft provides email API services for transactional email delivery. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited emails
• You must comply with all applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• You are responsible for the content of emails sent through our service
• You must not impersonate other individuals or organisations

3. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send emails containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the service for phishing or fraudulent activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing. You warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and that you have obtained all necessary consents to provide such data to us.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or abuse the service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
